1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information (when available).

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Our products are shipped directly from our international suppliers, mainly based in Asia (e.g. via AliExpress). Delivery times vary depending on your location:

3. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow a few days for the tracking to update in the system. We recommend using 17track.net to follow your package.

4. Shipping Fees

Standard shipping is 3.99$ for most of our products. If any fees apply (e.g. for bulky items or express delivery), they will be clearly indicated at checkout.

5. Multiple Shipments

If you order several items, they may be shipped separately for faster delivery. Don’t worry if you don’t receive all items at the same time.

6. Customs and Import Taxes

In most cases, no customs duties are charged. However, depending on your country’s laws, customs or import fees may apply. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages
